Why is having a great team so important to a successful product and company? Because sometimes our ideas as product leaders aren’t the best!

Our challenge as leaders is not how can we give our teams the best ideas. Instead our challenge is to see how can we create the best teams, so even our mediocre ideas are made into great idea or discarded.
And why is discarding a mediocre idea so important? Because a mediocre idea or product can do more damage to a company than a failed idea or product because it continues to suck up time, resources, and attention.
